One thing is clear: it is important to change one's body posture throughout the day and avoid staying in the same position for extended periods of time. WIND high task chair is great because it can be easily adapted to a variety of work settings, whether it is a sit-stand desk, a high desk or reception furniture.

Keeping you comfortable and safe

With their soft, comfortably shaped seat and ergonomically designed mesh backrest, WIND chairs are comfortable to sit on even for long periods of time. Ring-shaped adjustable-height leg rest allows you to adjust the chair to your height, maintain a correct seating position and avoid unpleasant back and neck pain. The casters will provide extra safety and stability as they will be locked in place while you sit.

The Italian design studio Baldanzi & Novelli Designers wanted to create an element that would give their chair a unique character and create its identity. That is why they decided to create WIND chairs with an instantly recognizable transparent X-shape lumbar support which not only adds to the chair’s aesthetic look but also serves a very important function.

Minimalist and functional mesh design

The backrest with a flexible mesh easily adapts to the natural shape of the user’s spine. The aesthetic breathable mesh material ensures all-day comfort, no matter what seating position you use.

Innovative knitted mesh

Choose a backrest with a unique knitted mesh created by an Italian design studio Baldanzi & Novelli designers. The mesh design pattern follows the X shape to further enhance the lumbar support that creates the WIND chair’s identity. Varying degrees of mesh density provide additional back support and enhance comfort. The knitted mesh is made using cutting-edge technology which allows us to manufacture chairs with seamless backrest corners so no scrap material is left behind. A mesh fabric is individually knitted for each chair.

Visually striking upholstered backrest

The backrest is shaped with the principles of ergonomic seating in mind to ensure maximum workplace comfort. While the backrest frame and the silicone lumbar support are the same as those used in other WIND task chairs, its polyurethane insert with uniquely designed horizontal seams on both sides give a totally different character to the chair. The backrest comes in a variety of upholstery options. You can also choose the right colours to make your WIND task chair blend into your current interior space.
